Our clients already have the advantage of easily making and managing the services associated with their packages, but we wanted to do even more.
Enter our new Client Success Badass! Yes, it’s a real job title here at CSI…and no, we’re not kidding.
We’re developing dedicated resources and channels of communication for our clients that are separate to those the public use to contact us, with the aim of keeping you on track and making the experience of working with us as straight forward as possible, for as many of you as possible.
Though it’s still in trial phase, pleas use the button below to reach out with any issues you have – if we’re available, we’ll take the call.
Choose your time, book your service – simple!
For those of you that are already CSI clients you will have been provided with specific login details, as well as any codes to enter at checkout where relevant. We suggest that you log in (top right corner of form) to make the next booking experience even easier.
FAQ – Appointments
If you wish to log into your account then simply look for the area in the booking window, outlined by the circle in the graphic below:
When you purchased your package you were provided with login details. Be sure to use those same details when you log into the booking software.
Once you’ve chosen your desired appointment time and day, you’ll hit the button to continue and then see this option in your booking window:
Click on ‘Redeem Coupon’ and now you’ll see this window, into which you need to enter the package code you were provided with:
Now the package you purchased will show the price of the appointment you’re booking as zero as you confirm your appointment.
NB: If the appointment type you’ve selected isn’t included in the package you’ve purchased, then the system will still show a charge for the service you’re trying to book.
Once you confirm your booking online, there is no further action needed for you to confirm your appointment time with us.
It’s all locked in, and we’ll see you on the day.
Once you book your appointment you’ll receive some emails which contain all the links necessary for you to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
It’s all very common sense and straight forward, and we’re sure you’ll find the process very easy to manage.
