Purchasing your training package

CSI uses online booking software to offer our valued clients a premium service experience, with the greatest convenience possible.

The packages offered below all have different inclusions, and when you purchase them via this link you’ll create a profile on our system that will allow you a very simple way to get the most out of the services attached to your chosen package.

When you make your purchase you’ll be provided a link to an appointment booking page to use moving forward.

Logging in using the details you provide during the purchase of your training package below will automatically recognise the package code issued by the purchase and absorb the price of any service associated with your package.

Our clients make and manage their training session bookings using our booking portal, with all availabilities shown up to 40 days ahead of time.

How do I book the future appointments in my package?

Easy peasy – once you purchase your package we’ll send you a link to book your appointments, with all the advice you need.

Why are the package lesson prices so much cheaper than single lesson prices?

We like do-ers.
We want our clients to be successful at achieving their training goals.
We figure that the best way for us to express this is to make training as affordable as we possibly can for those that want to do the work and make a difference for their dog.
That’s why we offer the per-session prices that we do with our training packages.

Why do you have validity periods on your training packages?

Because we sell packages to encourage to do kick-ass work with their dogs and achieve their training goals.
We know that consistent work with quality coaching will help you get to where you want to go.
It’s easy for people to start to slack off when they start to see the problems they arrive with begin to show improvement, but that’s the worst time for them to cut back on the training…in fact, that’s when you should double down and keep working to create real results.
Our package validity periods mean we know that you’ll push to do a good volume of work in a more compressed time period, and that means you’re more likely to be successful.

How do I apply for a package extension?

Email us stating your case, and providing a copy of any supporting documentation.

Can I extend my package validity period?

We try to be as understanding as we can about extending package validity periods.
Up to one extension will be considered per package, and where we do grant an extension we reserve the right to charge a $99 admin fee (billed separately).

Are you strict about the validity period of the training packages?

Well yeah, that’s kind of the point.

We want you to kick ass and make a difference in your dog’s life – to his behaviour, his outlook, and your relationship.
We’re not big on wasting our time (nor yours) so we wouldn’t bother to put the validity period in place otherwise.

I’ve purchased a protection trained dog from interstate or via the Internet – will you help us to maintain it’s protection training?

No.
There are many unscrupulous individuals and businesses selling what they claim to be personal protection or guard dogs over the internet.
With comparatively few exceptions these individuals or businesses tend to be reckless with the dogs they produce and sell, often making grand claims about the dog’s suitability for such work and/or it’s capacity to perform in such a role.
Where a dog has been purchased from certain businesses or individuals CSI may choose to have no involvement with the dog at all, including a refusal to take the dog on as an obedience training client.
